Procedure to enable web statistics in Plesk Control Panel :

Windows Reseller Web Hosting comes with plesk control panel. You will be able to enable the web statistics for a single domain using the below procedure.

[1] Access your control panel at https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 [ Example :https://www.servername:8443 ]
[2] Click on subscriptions.
[3] Click on subscription name.
[4] Click the Websites & Domains tab.
[5] Click on Hosting Settings.
[6] Choose Webalizer or AWStats.
[7] Click on ok.

After 24 hrs,you will be getting your Band Width reports in Web statistics. For that click on Web Statistics under Statistics option.

I am getting authentication required error when accessing web statistics ?

Solution:

If you have enabled “Protect access to your web statistics with your FTP username and password” in plesk for the domain you will get the above error. You can disable option

using the below procedure.
[1] Access your control panel at https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 [ Example :https://www.servername:8443 ]
[2] Click on subscriptions.
[3] Click on subscription name.
[4] Click the Websites & Domains tab.
[5] Click on Hosting Settings.
[6] Disable the option Protect access to your web statistics with your FTP username and password and Click on ok
