Unable to open customer customer control panel i am getting error ” Your account was suspended “

Solution :

If you are getting the error ” Your account was suspended ” while opening customer customer control the following may be the reasons

1. If you have suspended your customer account you have to check and activate your customer account by using the below steps

[1] Login to your plesk control panel [ https://servername.com:8443/]
[2] Click on Customers
[3] Click on your customer name
[4] Click on change status to Activate
