I am getting the error ” The subscription is suspended because its subscriber was suspended “ while activating the domain in Plesk Control Panel

Solution :

If the customer account is suspended then you will get the error as ” The subscription is suspended because its subscriber was suspended “

In order to resolve this issue kindly check and activate the customer account by using the below steps

[1] Login to your plesk control panel [ https://servername.com:8443/]
[2] Click on Customers
[3] Click on your customer name
[4] Click on change status to Activate
