I am getting the error “Access Denied ” while uploading the file in a Folder ?

Solution :

If you are getting the error “Access Denied ” while uploading the file in a Folder following may be the reason

[1] You may not given the Write Permission for the target directory

In order to resolve this issue you need to give write permission to that folder.
