Procedure for tracing email address in cPanel.

1. Login to the cPanel of the Domain

2. Choose Track Delivery under Email section

3. Enter a recipient email address (example : demo@test.com) in the Search box and click on Run Report.

4. Click on Run Report

Here you can check the delivery status of your email.
