How do I reset the password of the email id which is created in cPanel?
Linux Web hosting control panel allows you to manage the email id in the domain name.There are two ways to change your cPanel email id password.
[1] You can reset the password of the email id in cPanel by using the below mentioned procedure,
Changing your email password through cPanel,
1.Access your cPanel at https://www.yourdomainname.
2.Enter the username and password
3.Click on the Email Accounts button in the mail section
4.Click on the Password and Authentication link next to your mail address.
5.Type your new password.
6.Click the change password.
Then the notification displayed as ” Password for email id has been changed”.

To change your cPanel email password you must be able to log in to your account (i.e. you know your email account’s current password).
1.Access your cPanel at https://www.yourdomainname.
2.Enter the username and password
3.Click on your email address in the top-right corner
4.Click on the Password & Security link.
5.Click the password and security link.
6.Change password.
Note : Give the email id password very tough which consists of alphanumeric characters.
