Importing and exporting emails with webmail on a cpanel is the easiest method.
Cpanel based webmails has three interface as [Horde, Squirrelmail, and RoundCube].
With the Roundcube mail supports email importing, it allows you to do with the
single mail but for large number of mail it be inconvenience in RoundCube. But,
Horde allows you to import large number of mails in bulk and allows importing entire
folder.
Import your emails from horde interface:
Kindly follow the below procedure to import your mails from a horde interface
To create folder
1) Login to horde interface webmail interface
2) Left click on your folder icon
3) Click create mail box
4) Click ok
5) Your folder will appear in horde left side
To import mail
1) Now right click your folder icon
2) It shows import option
3) Click import (Folder name)
4) Browse your path
5) Click OK
It shows in a green message successfully imported.
Import your emails from horde interface:
To Export mail:
1) To export mail form horde interface.
2) Right click the folder which you need to export
3) Click Export
4) Choose your path to download a mail
5) Click ok
You can download your mail in a .mbox or .zip file
If you are having folder size is too large. If you are having large attachments,
Kindly sort your mails by size and make a folder and import and export your mails.
