1.h Login into the Plesk control panel by using this URL [https://yourdomain.com:8443 or https://server-hostname:8443]
2. Click on “Domains”.
3. Click on domain name in which you want to limit outgoing messages.
4. Click on “Mail”.
5. Click on “Limit outgoing messages”.
6. Set the Email outgoing Limit.
7. Click on “Apply” to save changes.
