Procedure

1. Log in to your Plesk reseller account.[https://yourdomain.com:8443 or https://server-hostname:8443]
2. Click on “Domains”.
3. Click on domain name in which you want to create database user.
4. Click on “Database”.
5. Click on “User Management”.
6. Click on “Add database user”.
7. Fill the Database user name and Set the strong password
8. Click on “OK”.
