1. Login to Direct Admin Control Panel by using https://yourdomain.com:2222/ or https://IP-address:2222/ or https://server-hostname:2222/.
2. In the E-mail Manager section, click “Email Accounts”.
3. Select the Email account for which you want to check Trace.
4. Trace for the name of the email account that need to be check on, look at the ‘SMTP Log’ row, “IN” stands for Incoming email for that email account, “OUT” stands for Outgoing email for that email account.
