3. Make sure the username doesn’t contain special characters.

Procedure #

1. Login to Direct Admin Control Panel by using  https://yourdomain.com:2222/ or https://IP-address:2222/ or https://server-hostname:2222/.
2. In the “Account Manager” section, click “Databases”.

3.Click the “Manage Users”.

4. Choose the user account you want to change Password.

5. Click on “Manage”.

6.Enter the new password under “Password Management”.

7.Click “Change Password”.
