Procedure #
1. Login to your cPanel/WHM Control Panel by using https://yourdomain.com:2083/ or https://yourdomain.com/cpanel or https://server-ip-address:2083/ or https://server-ip-address/cpanel.
2. In the Account Functions section, click “Email Accounts”.
3. Click Manage next to the account you want to suspend.
4. Scroll down to the Restrictions section.
5. Select the Restrictions option as you need [Suspend Incoming/Outgoing/Logging In].
6. Click “Update Email Settings” button.
