Important Notes

1. Username should be in Lower Case to create FTP Account.
2. Password must have minimum of 12 character with Upper and Lower Case, Numbers and Special Characters. [ Ex: g%Dw#tQ!4&f3@Jiq ].

Procedure

1. Login to your cPanel / WHM Control Panel.
2. Go to Files.
3. In this files section, Click “FTP Accounts”.
4. Enter the following details,
* Enter the username in login text box
* Enter the password and confirm the password
* Enter the home directory for the FTP Account
* Set Quota
5. Click “Create FTP Account”.
