1. Login to your cPanel/WHM Control Panel by using https://yourdomain.com:2083/ or https://yourdomain.com/cpanel or https://server-ip-address:2083/ or https://server-ip-address/cpanel.
2. Go to Databases.
3. In the Database section, click “Manage My Databases”.
4. Go to Add User To Database.
5. Select the User and Database.
6. Click “Add”.
7. Select the Privileges as per the Requirement.
8. Click ” Make Changes” button.
9. A successful Pop-Up will appear on the Windows.
