How to create task in horde using webmail interface?

Horde is one of the webmail interface. Horder is a browser-based email application that allows you to read, send and organize your emails. We can able to create Calender, task, contacts and notes. Horde also comes with Task management functions, whereby you can list your task, set the task as reminders and keep track of the task progress . It includes the more additional feature as, Imap folder subscription, Message filtering, Message searching, Keyboard navigation and graphical emotions,etc.

You can Login to the webmail using below URL,

1) yourdomainname.com/webmail

2) servername.com/webmail

3) serverip.com/webmail

Now, we can see how to create task in horde webmail interface

1) Login to webmail

2) Click task

3) You can view 4 options as All tasks, Incomplete tasks, Future task and completed tasks under my task.

4) Click new task

5) Fill the below details as,

Name:

Parent task:

Tags:

Assigns:

Private:

Due by:

Delay start untill:

Alarm:

Notification:

priority:

Estimated Time:

Completed:

Here with the above options, From the Assignscclick dropdown window, select the task Assignee. Set the Due date, Delay Start Until and Alarm options as per your needs. You can choose the private option, if you wish. And set the priority as you are needed.

Here, you can added a new task using horde webmail interface.
