Database Backup of my domain name
Arrow SQLArc, backs up each and every database under your reseller account as .sql file and then places it in the respective user’s ftp under the folder arrowsqlarc_backup. You can find this folder under each domain in your reseller account when you login via ftp. [ This folder is kept outside the public_html folder ]
Your customer can download the .sql dump of their mysql databases from this folder. It is IMPORTANT to DOWNLOAD the .sql file backup of the databases regularly on a weekly basis. Because in order to save the space, Arrow SQLArc replaces the last week backup with the current week backup. This means effectively there will be only one backup of your database dumped as .sql in the arrowasqlarc_backup folder.
