1] Go to URL http://resellers.siliconhouse.net

2] Login using user name (email id) and password

Go to Products >> Search >> All orders >> Click on search

3] Select the domain name to which you are getting the Pending Invoice

4] Check the check box again for the domain eg: check the check box for “Registration of yourdomainname.com for 1 year”

5]Click on cancel >> continue >> Again check the check box for the particular domain

6] Cancel as Bad debit

7] Click on Continue

Important notifications while cancelling the invoice:

1]The domain should be in an active status it should not be in an inactive status.
2]If you cancel the invoice in an inactive status , you may lose the domain.

Now you can successfully cancelled the pending Invoice !!!
