                          Suspend/Unsuspend Reseller Account In Dedicated Server

                          Suspend/Unsuspend Reseller Account in Dedicated Server using the below procedure,

                          1. Login to the WHM as root user.

                          2. Go to the path,

                          Home » Resellers » View Reseller Usage and Manage Account Status

                          3. Here You can able to see all all the reseller account master domain names. Please select the
                          reseller which you want to Suspend/Unsuspend and click submit.

                          4. There you can able to see the option to suspend ” Suspend All (username of reseller master
                          domain) Accounts”.

                          5. For unsuspend ” UnSuspend All (username of reseller master
                          domain) Accounts “.

                          6. When ever you are doing this you should be careful since termiante option of the reseller
                          account is there.

                          How to get the domain suspeded date ?

                          Solution :

                           

                          To see the date and time of the suspended domain . Login to the WHM and go to the below path,

                          Home » Account Information » List Suspended Accounts

                          check the domain name , it will show the date and time of the suspension.  It will also show the suspension reason and locked status.

                          Domain is showing suspeded page after activation

                          Solution : 

                          Make sure that the account has been unsuspeded . Verify that once in the below option,

                          Home » Account Information » List Suspended Accounts.

                          After this still that domain showing suspeded page then the domain is not properly activated, hence once again susped that one domain alone and activate it again.

                          Still if you got suspension page then you need to contact the service provider to reslove this issue.
