                          Procedure

                          Installing SSL in the Server Hostname In Dedicated Server

                          To Install the SSL for Dedicated Server Hostname (or) All services in Dedicated Server, Please follow the below procedure,

                          1. Login to the Dedicated Server WHM as root user.

                          2. Go to the path,

                          Home » Service Configuration » Manage Service SSL Certificates

                          3. There you can able to see 4 services which need to enable SSL and 3 boxs to install SSL certificate

                          4. Under ” Choose one or more services for SSL certificate installation: ” check all the checkbox , If you want to enable the SSL for all the services. If can also enable it according to your requierment.

                          5. After that in Certificate: ” copy and paste the cerificate which you got from the SSl provider ”

                          6. Then in Private Key: ” copy and paste the key which you got in the CSR.

                          7.  At last in Certificate Authority Bundle: ” copy and paste the CA Bundel which you got from the SSl provider ”

                          8.  Click ” Install “. Once it is done . The hostname has been installed with SSL. you can access the hostname and other services with ” https:// “.

                          How to check whether the SSL has been installed in Hostname ?

                          Solution :

                          To check the whether the hostname has been installed with SSL (or) not. Put the hostname in the browser with https to open WHM (or) cpanel.

                          For example

                          https://hostname/whm  (or) https://hostname:2087

                          https://hostname/cpanel  (or) https://hostname:2083

                          If this URL working with the https then the ssl has been installed for the all the services with the hostname.
