To Change FTP Server Settings, Follow the below procedure,

1. Login to the Dedicated Server WHM as root user.

2. Go to the path,

Home » Service Configuration » FTP Server Configuration

3. There you can able to see many options which is related to FTP server like Maximum Connections and Maximum Connections Per IP Address settings .

4. You can change the setting according to the requirement.

5. After that click ” Save ” in order to reflect the changes in the FTP server
