451 Temporary local problem – please try later

                          Solution:

Please note that Mx record of the domain is pointing to our server so you have to choose the Email Routing as Local Mail Exchanger. But you have mentioned wrongly as Remote Mail Exchanger. Kindly follow the below procedure to change the Email Routing setting.

Getting error as ” Sending unsolicited email ” while sending Group Mails

                          Error:

                          Sending unsolicited email

                          Solution:

The issue is due to sending unsolicited email to an email id DDDDDDDDDDD which is not subscribed to your mailing list. Sending mails to unsubscribed email ids, will result in your ip getting blacklisted. Also your ip reputation lowers. We advise you to check your mail database and remove emails that are not subscribed to you. Also remove the emails in the above abuse log immediately and avoid sending to them again.

                          Getting ” 550 publickey_unavailable ” error while sending mail

                          Error:

                          550 publickey_unavailable

                          Solution:

The server checks SPF and DKIM keys for verifying whether a email received is spam or genuine. This is done at the spam assassin level. This means, when you receive an email, the server checks whether the SPF and DKIM of the sender is correct. In your case , the sender DKIM is not valid and hence the server is rejecting it. Please ask the remote mail server or the mail sender to fix this issue. This is not an issue from sending server side.
