1. Login to the WHM as root user.

2. Go to the path,

Home » Email

3. Here You can able to see the below options,

* Mail Delivery Reports
* Mail Queue Manager
* Mail Troubleshooter
* View Mail Statistics Summary
* View Relayers
* View Sent Summary
* Repair Mailbox Permissions
* Spamd Startup Configuration
* Mailbox Conversion

4. Using the above Options you can able to see the mail queue, mailbox permission correction ,
report of the email delivery and sent and other activities you can manage.

5. To manage the mails in the dedicated server . Those options are important and if any issues
in the mailing it will help to find out the exact reason for that issue.

How do I change the main contact email ID of the server ?

Solution : 

To change the server main contact email id , please go to the below option,

Home » Server Configuration » Basic WebHost Manager® Setup

Here you can able to change the email id in the option ,

” Enter one or more email addresses to contact in case a problem arises with this server ”  and click ” save changes ” .
