3.Be sure not to open spam when you receive incoming spam mails.
4.Use secure passwords for your email accounts to prevent hackers from guessing and logging in.
5.Use secure passwords for hosting account.(ex : use combination of special characters,numerical,upper case and lower case in the password)
6.Make sure your computer and computers on your network which you have configured your email accounts are virus and malware free.
7.Make sure if you are using a third party script or code on your site is running the latest secure version.
8.Use the spam filters to prevent incoming spam mails.
9.Never respond to incoming spam mails or download the attachment in the spam mails.
10.Put the spam domains in blacklist to prevent incoming spam mails.
11.Make sure your username is not same as the email address.
